Session 1 — First Session Back
Outdoor group training — TRX circuits, bodyweight conditioning and the first session back after a long break.
Session 3 — TRX & Plyometrics
TRX suspension training and plyometric work outdoors. Third session in six days — the rain came three times. We kept going.
Session 4 — Fitness Drills
Park fitness drills — shuttle runs, T-drill, cone weave, box drill, figure of 8 and press-ups. One hour. Maximum effort.
